Return Conditions

How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@pethealthstore.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders may have already been processed and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
